Ah… heartbreak is simply an issue which has not so far plagued me. I apologise that I am not able to be of more helpful advice. The mind is certainly the easiest to distract; I do suspect that the heart is not so easily deceived.

I would not imagine such indulgence to be of incredible help. Perhaps instead you could take a walk? I often find it helpful in clearing the mind.

There has been little reason for me to have been struck with such an affliction.
